dsh-jev: A Type-Safe Jev Structured Data Tool for DeepSeek Harness

`dsh-jev` is a plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) that bridges DSH with the TypeSafe Jev system, enabling Agents to output structured JSON data. Installation requires DSH 0.1.5-rc.2 and Node.js 22.19+ and a valid API Key. Using the `jev_ask` tool, Agents can invoke question types such as `noul`, `choice`, and `score` in combination. Note that Jev does not support streaming output, dependency versions must be strictly pinned, and sensitive information must not be included in the input.
